The Sexual Harassment Committee at Nandini Nagar Mahavidyalaya is constituted to prevent, prohibit and address issues related to sexual harassment at the institution. It ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff, particularly women. The committee is responsible for raising awareness, providing support to victims, and taking necessary disciplinary action when required in accordance with UGC regulations.

How to File a Complaint

Any student, faculty, or staff member who believes they are subjected to sexual harassment is encouraged to file a complaint with the Internal Committee.

The complaint can be submitted in writing (hard copy) or via email to the Chairperson of the committee. Anonymous complaints are also taken seriously but should include sufficient detail for investigation. The committee will respond within 7 working days from receipt of complaint. All proceedings are conducted with strict confidentiality and in accordance with UGC regulations.
