Goals (2024–2030)

• Academic Excellence: Implement the NEP 2020 framework and introduce CBCS (Choice-Based Credit System). Encourage interdisciplinary studies and experiential learning models. Introduce skill-based, employability-focused certificate and diploma programs. Promote digital literacy through e-content and blended learning platforms.
• Infrastructure Development: Upgrade classrooms with ICT tools and smart teaching aids. Expand the library and set up dedicated labs for Arts and emerging subjects. Establish a digital resource center with reliable internet access. Develop eco-friendly and inclusive campus infrastructure.
• Faculty Advancement: Encourage faculty to undertake advanced research and higher qualifications. Host faculty development programs, seminars, and collaborative projects. Promote involvement in academic forums and MOOCs.
• Student Enrichment: Form student clubs and committees to nurture leadership and creativity. Organize cultural and sports events to ensure holistic development. Provide guidance for career building and competitive exams.
• Community Engagement & Partnerships: Initiate programs on literacy, health awareness, and rural development. Collaborate with NGOs, local industries, and educational institutions for mutual growth. Promote women’s empowerment through vocational training initiatives.
